The Eastern Montgomery Regional Services Center, located at 3300 Briggs Chaney Road, Silver Spring, will host a variety of classes and meetings in October and November. A description of these offering is listed below:

• Evening ESOL Classes. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes continue to be open to new students. The Beginner and Intermediate ESOL classes, for all adults who want to learn English, meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The cost for the classes is $20. There is also a $20 book fee.
